On a Bicycle built for two
Alright, on the ankle front, things aren't necisarily looking better, but they sure are feeling better. It is changing to some sick colors though.

Today began with a mass herding and travel to the ancient Chinese capital of Xi'an. You can see how happy TJ was with the whole situation this morning at 5:00am .

We did find a pretty sweet sign outlawing sneezing. TJ is such a sneeze-a-volutionary.

Well, this is the top of the city wall surrounding Xi'an. It was here they informed us we were going to ride bikes around it.
So, Teej and I opted for the old skool rickety ass tandem:

This picture captured the sweet building in the background.

This picture captured the sweet look on TJ's face.
So, workers were tearing down a bunch of floats on top of the wall that we can only assume were the remnants of a recent parade. TJ and I found some super sexy topless paper mache Chinese geisha [I'm not sure what they're called here, but this is what they gotta be].

So, we decided to reenact an ancient Chinese play, "Geisha Gone Wild!"

This is a great picture of TJ and me...and a giant freaking turkey neck...holy cow I gotta keep up the diet and exercise.

I call this next photo, "The View TJ Wished He Had"

We were racing another tandem when TJ's jeans got trapped in the sproket. We were at full speed and I yelled, "TJ, Rooster Booster!!!!" He stood up and pedalled his little ass off, when all of a sudden my pedals totally stop and we almost lost total control. Good thing I figured it out and we backed up the chain and got his pants out. We then rolled them up into "messenger mode." In the next picture you can see that he is ready to rock!!!

Then, while we were waiting for everybody, TJ bought some $.75 kites. You can see that I am having a blast flying mine!!!

At least TJ tried to fake it...sort of...

My favorite picture of the trip thus far. Mom, this one's a keeper.

Oh, and here is TJ and Hunter being bored flying their kites.

When we got back to the hotel, all the little ones dressed up in the bath gear and played bull-shit. These little kids make my day. They're so damn creative and fun. All in all it was a pretty clutch day.

Till Tomorrow,
Boo Yao
